We offered virtual, over-the-phone and on-site enrollment options, ensuring accessibility for all employees. Benefits counselors were present at numerous locations, providing personalized support and guidance. Colonial Life also implemented a comprehensive onsite communication effort and deployed a digital communication and education campaign to ensure employees were well-informed about their benefits options.
