Because of his experience building a voluntary benefits business and having advised dozens of carriers on strategic matters, Nick has developed a reputation as a go-to resource for leaders in the voluntary market. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars and also co-authors Eastbridge's monthly BenefitsPro column.

Glenis Gomez is the Benefits and Compensation Leader for El Dorado Furniture, a role she has held for the past 12 years. She has spent 20 years in the benefits field and is a 401k Certified Plan Sponsor Professional. In 2023, El Dorado Furniture won Colonial Life’s annual Rock Enroll Award, winning the category of “Best Enrollment Event.” Gomez thrives on helping employees understand their benefits. “You can really make an impact on employees when you show them that you care,” she says.
Vice President, Colonial Life Marketing
Michelle White is the Vice President of Marketing for Colonial Life. She leads a marketing organization that works alongside the Colonial Life sales organization to support and deliver on their growth strategy. White has been with Unum and Colonial Life for over 16 years and has previously held roles with Colonial Life leading recruitment, sales training and development, client management and retention and with Unum in finance and claims. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maine and sits on the board for Lexington School District One’s Educational Foundation and Unum’s Political Action Committee.
