Rob Quell is the Vice President, Broker and Special Market Development for Colonial Life. He is responsible for leading Colonial Life's broker distribution strategy team, national broker partnerships, competitive intelligence, and resources specializing in key industry segments such as public sector. Rob has been with Unum and Colonial Life for 15 years and has held various roles in Large Employer Sales, Enrollment Technology, IT Portfolio Management, Underwriting, and Claims. Rob has a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business (University of South Carolina). He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and Associate of Life and Health Claims (ALHC).

Liz Bettridge is the Territory Manager for Washington, Alaska and Northern Idaho for Colonial Life. She is responsible for leading Colonial Life's field teams and supporting broker partnerships in the Northwest. Liz has been with Colonial Life for 8 years supporting business owners and HR professionals to provide innovative solutions and cost-saving strategies. Liz also spends much of her free time volunteering in the local community for nonprofits focused on children and youth programs.
